By placing an order with Ever After Quilts, customers agree to the below listed terms and policies.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. We do not ship international. Ever After Quilts uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Most items are eligible for regular shipping rates and will contact if any additional charges apply for over sized items. Normal order processing rate for shipping is $5 on all orders over $25 shipped anywhere in the USA. Orders less than $25 will be charged $10 for shipping. Rushed shipping will be charged an additional $20. Returns
Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt and is eligible for store credit only. Ever After Quilts does not accept returns on cut yardage or precuts. Anything else must be unused and still have original packaging. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item. Due to copyright laws, no returns will be allowed on patterns, books, or magazines.For online returns customers are responsible for return shipping costs and will not be reimbursed by Ever After Quilts. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Privacy
Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, and Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.Please note if you sign up for the Newsletter Email Marketing you can unsubscribe at any point.

PATTERNS
Every effort has been made to ensure that all patterns are error free. The information contained in patterns and other printed media is presented in good faith. Ever After Quilts has no control over the execution of instructions and therefore assumes to responsibility for the use or damages that may occur. It is suggested that purchaser or user contact the manufacturer or designer website for updates on patterns prior to starting a project.
